I set up Teneu Legal while working at one of Scotland’s largest law firms so that immigration law can be made more accessible to the community.
Immigration law affects thousands of people and employers across the UK. With the end of free movement and changes to the Immigration rules meaning that many more will need access to expert immigration advice. Teneu Legal was set up to blend private and pro bono practice - placing the community at the heart of what we do, instead of profit.
I have been fortunate enough to work alongside the HR teams of multinational employers and Russell Group Universities as well as entrepreneurs and start-ups in guiding them through the immigration rules. Business wants to get to work and I feel that it is my job to help them get the secure the best international talent that they need with the least amount of fuss.
When it comes to people, no family should be separated by an arbitrary border. and I am always delighted to help families navigate the rules so that they can live and work in the UK as quickly and stress-free as possible.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Legal Theory and Anthropology from Rhodes University, as well as a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the same esteemed institution. Furthermore, I have accomplished the attainment of a Master of Laws (LLM) degree at Stellenbosch University.
The field of immigration law is constantly evolving and it requires skilled and knowledgeable professionals to traverse the complex rules and regulations that govern it. As a child of immigrants, I understand the challenges that individuals and families face when navigating the immigration process. This personal experience has driven me to pursue a career in immigration law, where I can use my experience to help others achieve their dreams of living and working in the UK.
I have a thorough understanding of the various immigration processes and procedures, with particular interest in personal immigration matters.
