Sahar Davachi joins Teneu Legal team

We are pleased to announce that Teneu Legal has a new team member.

Sahar Davachi is an Iranian-born foreign qualified solicitor, joining us from her post as Attorney of the High Court of South Africa. Sahar has recently emigrated from South Africa to Scotland, and will be undertaking admin and immigration case work at Teneu.

Sahar holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Legal Theory and Anthropology and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Rhodes University, as well as a Master of Laws (LLM) degree from Stellenbosch University. Alongside her work at Teneu, she will be studying Scots law with the intention of qualifying as a solicitor in Scotland.

Sahar is well-placed to support clients on issues of immigration, having experienced the UK immigration system in pursuing a UK career. She hopes to use her experience to help others equally achieve their ambitions of living and working in the UK.

Sahar said:

“I’m excited to bring my skills and experience to the busy and growing law firm that is Teneu.

Having emigrated twice, not only do I have an understanding of different legal systems, but I personally have felt what my immigration clients are going through. I feel I can truly guide my clients, because I understand where they are coming from when they feel stressed or frustrated — the process is a difficult one, and to have someone that you trust answer all your questions is invaluable.

I’m committed to helping my clients navigate the ever-changing landscape of immigration law, advocating for their rights and best interests every step of the way.”
